Booking
Provisional bookings made by telephone must be followed by receipt of the deposit within seven days, or three days if a late booking (i.e. less than eight weeks before arrival). If the booking is made more than 8 weeks before arrival the deposit is 50% of the total rental; the balance is required eight weeks before arrival. If the booking is made less than eight weeks before arrival then the deposit is 100% of the total rental.

 

Shorter stays are available. Weekend stays are Friday to Monday, and Midweek stays Monday to Friday (4 
nights) minimum.

 

Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 11am.


Changeover Day is Friday for weekly stays.

 

Directions to the property will be sent on confirmation of booking.

Smoking

This is a strictly no smoking property

 

Pets

No pets are allowed.


Cleaning/breakages
Visitors are liable for any breakages or damage to the property during their occupation. We ask visitors to please leave the property (including the washing up!) clean and tidy.

Please let us know immediately if there are any problems with the property and we will do our best to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
