Red Kite Feeding Station

The feeding station attracts over 30 Red Kites and Buzzards every day in a spectacular aerial display and visitors may observe, at close quarters, these fabulous rare birds of prey as they swoop down for their feed. A purpose built hide caters for around 20 people and includes wheelchair access. Binoculars are not required (as the birds are close enough) but would enhance your viewing for further detail. Bring your camera for some exciting photographs!
Pen Arthur Forestry

A fine example of peaceful co-existence between broadleaf and conifer trees. Over the past years this wood has been professionally thinned to produce a pleasing combination of mature trees and interesting woodland walks. Pen Arthur Forest is home to Wales' only public woodland sauna. Set in a secluded and picturesque spot, this facility can accommodate up to 8 people. Those groups interested in participating in this unique experience are asked to contact Llandovery District Office.
Carreg Cennen Castle and Castle Farm
